Yes I saw that. That had Nicholas Cage in it didn't it? If it is the one I'm thinking of it was ok. I hated the ending and it was rather confusing, with all the jumping around because of his "time traveling" (for lack of better term.).

Well that is a good thing that he had a power of seeing the future. So he can help stop that bomb from killing million's of people.

But he could only do so for a few minutes ahead and only if it directly involved him, which just seemed odd. Generally it is believed or told that if one can see into the future, they almost never are able to see things related to them.
