| I just noticed that the who's online page has a map and shows where people are from. Personally I don't like this. If I wanted my location known, I'd put in my profile, which I didn't for privacy and security reasons. I know most members here are young and don't have to worry about their children, but I do have children and I never release my location. I'd like to know if this can't be removed. It doesn't really add anything. | |

| I just looked at myself, It's really, really off. It doesn't really show a location for you. I mean, the only people who could really see where you live are administrators who can see your IP address. I doubt that, even if someone did want to find out where you lived, they would be able to with that map. I think it adds a nice, where do they come from, what is their background, sort of thing. | |

| It isn't accurate at the current level of zoom when you first open that page. However, all you need to do is zoom in and then you can see the streets near where you live. Both Sekihotai and I've tested it. It's very creepy and with the way there are so many perverts out there it isn't safe. Not only am I a woman, which may be why I'm more concerned, but I have children and I don't like the fact that people could find even a close approximation of where I live. If I wanted my location revealed I'd reveal it. | |

| You think I wouldn't zoom in? I zoomed in as far as I could have gone. If you feel that you "life is in danger" then so be it. Get rid of it then. But people can find out where you live exactly a lot easier than that. | |

How rude. This is a valid complaint. There is a section in your profile for that. If one wanted that info revealed they would. I don't. And I and Sekihotai also zoomed it in, we were able to see the streets/roads that ran very near our homes.

I'm not sure what you're actuallly trying to say. I would very much like the map removed or my account deleted. I do not wish for my home to be seen by other people as easily as that. There may well be other ways, but this is exceedingly easy for a lunatic to find people with. All they need to do is register on this site and then pretend to be someone nice. And we ALL know people do that on a regular basis. So please, Assassin remove it or delete my account. I'm sure Ashe and Seki would also back up my view that leaving would be better than having that map there.

| I whole heartedly back that up. If the feature isn't removed I also want my account deleated. It is unacceptable and an invasion of my privacy. | |

| Admittedly, it's pretty cool, but it is pretty sick. I scrolled all the way in to where it claimed I lived and the streets are wrong, but if you still feel insecure about logging in, I do suggest hiding your online status for now until we can find out more about it. I've searched through the Admin Panel, and I don't have an option for it, so i'm assuming that only the founder admin can do anything about it. I'll talk to him when he gets on, but for now, it's highly suggested that you hide your online status. | |

| Thank you. So far you've been the only one to respond with courtesy (Besides Eman). I appreciate that. The thing is it was accurate with mine. It shows the road just one over from where I live, which is unacceptable to me. But until that feature is removed, I'll not be back. | |
